Our Review
The JOYBASE rolling cart sits in that awkward middle ground—decent for hobbyists, underwhelming for serious mechanics. The 2-drawer setup is tight; I couldn't fit a full socket set in one drawer without removing the dividers. The pegboard is a nice touch for wall-mounted tools, and the lockable cabinet keeps valuables secure on job sites. Rolling action is smooth enough on level concrete, though the wheels feel slightly undersized for rough terrain. Build quality is acceptable—welds are clean, but the metal gauge is thinner than my Snap-On equivalent from 2010. The real issue is weight distribution; load it unevenly and it tips easier than it should. It's functional for a garage, but don't expect the durability of premium brands at this price point.
